A topping-out ceremony was held Dec. 5 for Morgan-Keller’s Seton Center outreach project.
The ceremony was held to celebrate the placement of the last steel beam atop the building at 226 E. Lincoln Ave. in Emmitsburg.
Designed by MSB Architects of Hagerstown, the project involves the construction of a new 13,000-square-foot building to house the outreach office, Seton Family Store and a large meeting room for workshops and presentations.
